What this means for you
Full OEM warranty — every product ships as an authorized-brand purchase with the manufacturer's warranty intact.
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days nationwide. Because items ship from different manufacturer warehouses, multi-line orders may arrive in separate shipments on different days.
Heavy items ship by freight. For freight-flagged products, we quote delivered pricing individually — see Freight Quotes for Heavy Equipment.
Lead times vary by brand. If your project has a deadline, send us the list and we will confirm current stock and lead times per line before you order.
Confirming stock before you buy
For project quantities, bid work, or anything time-critical, ask us to verify availability first: message us in chat, use the quote form at /pages/quote, or call (888) 876-0007. We confirm stock and freight on the whole list, usually within 1 business day.
Order tracking
Tracking is emailed as each shipment leaves the warehouse. For order status any time, open chat and choose Track my order, or message us with your order number.
